Information on the Site is for general purposes and does not constitute an offer. Any software development services are provided only under a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement), which will govern in case of conflict with these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design and trademarks are owned by Showhand Tech LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of software created for clients is defined in each client agreement.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Showhand Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes
